# Installing Beam on XOS Large V2, XOS XLarge V2, HPE DL360, HPE DL325 servers

Installing or upgrading to MK.IO Beam 1.16 or later automatically hardens the default BIOS and iLO configuration for known BIOS and firmware versions on XOS Large V2, XOS XLarge V2, HPE DL360, and HPE DL325 servers. The settings are applied during the installation or upgrade process only once and will not be reapplied during subsequent reboots.
